Purchase of Shares by Non-Executive Director

 

Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO, OTCQB: UJOGF), a UK and USA focused onshore
hydrocarbon, production, development, exploration and investment company, is
pleased to announce that Non-Executive Director, Craig Howie has purchased
122,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 5.075 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Craig Howie holds a total of 3,377,000 Ordinary
Shares equivalent to 2.21% of the issued share capital in the Company.
