Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon
production, development and exploration company, announces that at the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") held today, the resolutions as set out in the Notice
of AGM in the Company's 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements, were duly
passed.
