** Shares of Uniparts India  UNPA.NS  up as much as 7.12% at
588.9 rupees, their highest since Dec. 20
    ** Co records sharpest intraday rise since Dec. 13, on track
for second consecutive session of gains
    ** Engineered systems and solutions manufacturer reports
28.2% jump in consolidated profit to 563.1 million rupees  for
Dec. quarter 
    ** Revenue from operations up 9.5% at 3.31 billion rupees
    ** More than 120,347 shares change hands, as of 9:39 a.m.
IST, vs 1.1x 30-day average of 111,386 shares
    ** Stock down 4.5% YTD as of last close, but gains 1.9%
since debut on Dec. 12
