notified by Allianz Global Investors GmbH that, following a transaction on 23
January 2023, they have an interest in 22,827,238 ordinary shares of €0.08
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 8.36%
of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
