Dublin | 1 August 2023: Uniphar plc (the "Company"), was notified by Allianz
Global Investors GmbH on 1 August 2023 that, following a transaction on 31
July 2023, they have an interest in 27,426,927 ordinary shares of €0.08 each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 10.05% of
the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
