Global Investors GmbH on 5 March 2025 that, as of 4 March 2025, they have an
interest in 34,661,426 ordinary shares of €0.08 each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 13.34% of the issued Ordinary
Shares of the Company*.
