Global Investors GmbH on 29 January 2026 that, as of 28 January 2026, they
have an interest in 25,535,298 ordinary shares of €0.08 each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 9.84% of the issued
Ordinary Shares of the Company*.
