ADDITIONAL LISTING
The application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 2,295,552 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and for trading.
The admission is expected on 28 April 2017.
These shares are issued as a blocklisting for shares result of the exercise of guaranteed Convertible Bonds options in The UNITE Group plc.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
