ADDITIONAL LISTING

 

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock
Exchange for block listings totalling 180,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to
trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List.
The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

 

The Block Listing is for 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under The Unite
Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme; 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p
each under The Unite Group plc Approved Option Share Scheme and 120,000
Ordinary Shares of 25p each under The Unite Group plc Performance Share Plan.

 

It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00a.m. on 17 June 2024.
