The Company announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Ross
Paterson, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee
of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of Tracsis plc (AIM: TRCS) as a
Non-Executive Director from 2 April 2024.
