Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 7 September 2016, Joe Lister, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a PDMR, transferred for nil consideration 250,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to Samantha Lister, his spouse and a PCA, and thereafter sold 100,000 shares (with each of Joe Lister and Samantha Lister selling 50,000 shares each) at a price of 6.35 per share. 
Joe Lister now holds (including shares held by Samantha Lister) 410,936 shares which represent 0.19% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. 
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
