APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

 

The Unite Group plc, the UK's leading owner, manager and developer of
student accommodation, today announces the appointment of Nicky Dulieu as a
Non-Executive Director.  Nicky will join the Board on 1 September 2022 and
will also join the Remuneration, Audit and Nominations Committees.

Nicky has extensive listed company Board experience and currently holds
Non-Executive Director roles at WH Smith, Redrow and Adnams. In addition, she
has previous board experience with Marshall Motor Holdings, Huntsworth and
Notcutts. Nicky, a chartered accountant, also brings extensive consumer
experience having been the Chief Executive of Hobbs between 2008 - 2014 and
Finance Director of Marks & Spencer's Food Division during a career at the
retailer spanning 1982 - 2005.
