SCRIP REFERENCE SHARE PRICE - 2024 INTERIM DIVIDEND

 

On 23 July 2024 the Company announced its half year results for the six months
to 30 June 2024 and that it would be paying a 2024 interim dividend of 12.4
pence, fully paid as a Property Income Distribution (PID).

The Unite Scrip Dividend Scheme is being offered to shareholders in respect of
this PID, with a Scrip Reference Share Price of 952.30 pence. This Scrip
Reference Share Price is calculated by taking the average of the closing
middle market quotation for shares in the Company, derived from the London
Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five consecutive dealing days from
19 September 2024 to 25 September 2024 (inclusive).

The deadline for application for the Scrip Scheme in respect of this dividend
is 5 pm (London time) on 11 October 2024.  The Scrip Circular and terms and
