**  Shares of student accommodation developer Unite Group UTG.L slide 6.97% to 507.5 p, lowest since February 2015

** Co expects FY 2026 adjusted EPS to reduce by 7%-10%

** UTG targeting 2%-3% rental growth for 2026/27 academic year, below the 4.0% reported in 2025/26 academic year
** Co says targeting 93%-96% occupancy for 2026/27 academic year, compared to 95.2% occupancy reported for 2025/26 academic year

** Up to last close, stock down 32.36% YTD
