India's realty, cement stocks rise on reports court lifted construction ban in some states

** Indian real estate and related sectors rise after reports
said top court lifted the ban imposed on construction in
Maharashtra and Uttarakhand
    ** Nifty Realty index  .NIFTYREAL  up as much as 1.8 pct
    ** Real estate stocks such as DLF Ltd  DLF.NS  and
Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd  INRL.NS  rise as much as 2.3 pct and
5.4 pct, respectively
    ** Shares in Ultratech Cement Ltd  ULTC.NS  surge as much as
2.7 pct - their biggest intraday pct gain since Aug. 14; Ambuja
Cements Ltd  ABUJ.NS  up as much as 4.4 pct
    ** ACC Ltd  ACC.NS  posts its biggest intraday gain in six
weeks, rising as much as 3.6 pct
    ** India's Supreme Court on Friday banned construction
activities until Oct. 9 in some states and centrally
administered territories that have not framed a solid
