    * Fy net profit attributable to owners of company of 
approximately HK$965 million, a turnaround from last year's net 
loss of approximately HK$2.9 billion 
    * No dividend has been paid or declared by company during 
years ended 31 December 2016 and 2015 
    * Fy turnover HK$4.06 billion versus HK$5.23 billion
