June 2 (Reuters) - United Energy Group Ltd  0467.HK : 
 * Proposes to raise approximately hk$2.62 billion to hk$2.63 billion before expenses 
 * Issuing not less than 13.09 billion shares and not more than 13.14 billion shares to the qualifying shareholders 
 * Intends to apply the net proceeds for drilling wells, conducting seismic studies and development of production facilities 
 * Issuance at subscription price of hk$0.20 per offer share on the basis of one offer share for every one existing share held
