 * Inside information - loan facility of up to US$1.26 billion  0467.HK  
 * Says facility is for a term of 60 months 
 * Informed by China Minsheng Banking that bank agreed to make available loan 
   facility of up to US$1.26 billion to co and Orient Group 
 * Proportion of Orient Group and co in facility is to be finalised upon signing 
   of the definitive documentation of the facility 
 * Intends to apply portion of facility towards potential business expansion, 
   which may involve joining forces with Orient Group
