** Shares of United Energy Group  0467.HK  jump as much as
11.3% to HK$1.08, extending gains for the second session
    ** Stock on course for biggest one-day pct rise since March
30 if gains hold; biggest pct gainer in Hang Seng Composite
Index on energy stocks  .HSCIE 
    ** Co says controlling shareholder and chairman Zhang Hong
Wei has bought 54.81 mln shares for HK$52.15 mln ($6.7 mln) mln,
raising his stake to 67.07%
    ** Says Zhang's acquisitions signify his confidence in the
development prospects and growth potential of the company
    ** Hang Seng energy index  .HSCIE  gains 0.8%, and Hang Seng
Mainland Oil & Gas Index  .HSMOGI  climbs 0.3%
    ** Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  rises 2% and Hang Seng
Index  .HSI  up 2.1%
    ** Stock up 47.1% YTD
