** Shares of grocery wholesaler United Natural Foods UNFI.N up about 8% at $25.15 premarket

** UNFI raises FY net sales forecast to $31.6 billion to $31.8 billion vs prior forecast of $31.3 billion to $31.7 billion

** Co also expects June cyber incident to impact FY net sales by about $350 mln to $400 mln

** UNFI does not expect meaningful financial impact from the cyber incident beyond Q4

** Co cuts FY adjusted EPS forecast to 40 cents to 80 cents from 70 cents to 90 cents expected earlier

     ** As of last close, UNFI stock was down 14% YTD
