** Shares of theme park and entertainment company United
Parks & Resorts  PRKS.N  up 5.3% at $56.10
    ** At a special meeting, stockholders authorized new $500
mln share buyback program of the company's common stock
    ** An amended stockholders agreement between Hill Path
Capital LP and PRKS was also approved in the meeting
    ** Including session's gains, PRKS shares up 6.57% YTD
