 HEES.O  rise 102.6% to $89.01 premarket
    ** Peer United Rentals  URI.N  says it will acquire HEES in
deal valued at $4.8 bln as co looks to cash in on equipment
rental demand
    ** Shareholders of H&E will receive $92/shr in cash, United
Rentals says, representing a 109.4% premium to stock's last
close on Monday
    ** URI's shares rise 3% to $710.03 premarket
    ** In 2024, HEES stock fell 6.4% and URI rose 22.9%
