    * Subscription date from May 10 to May 21 and payment date

    * Says it will issue the 18th series unsecured investment
corporation bonds, worth 2 billion yen, with interest rate of
0.230 percent per annum
    * Subscription date on May 9 and payment date on May 22
    * Proceeds to be used for investment corporation bonds
repayment
