    * Says it plans to sell properties located in Kumamoto Ken
and
Tokyo, for 34 billion yen in total
    * Transaction date for the Kumamoto-based property and 51
percent
interest in the Tokyo-based property will be on May 24,
transaction date for 19 percent interest in the Tokyo-based
property will be on Nov. 1, and transaction date for 30 percent
interest in the Tokyo-based property will be on March 1, 2019
