The following qualification in relation to 'Half year Results' announcement
released on 14 November 2024 at 07:00 under RNS No 1711M is as follows:

 

Confirmation of Interim Dividend Date

 

The Company confirms that the interim dividend is expected to be paid on 13
January 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29
November 2024. The ex-dividend date for the interim dividend is 28 November
2024. The election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 18 December
2024.
