GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT

 

The following amendment has been made to the 'Final Results' announcement
released on

25 May 2023 at 07:00 under RNS No 5711A.

 

The record date for the 2023 final dividend was incorrectly stated in the
above announcement as 26 June 2023, the correct record date is 23 June 2023.

 

All other details remain unchanged.

 

The full amended relevant text is shown below:

 

 

The final dividend is expected to be paid on 1 August 2023 to shareholders on
the register at the close of business on 23 June 2023. The ex-dividend date is
22 June 2023. The election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 11 July
2023.
