The following supplementary offering circular has been approved by the
Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary offering circular dated 5 July 2023 (the "Supplement") to the
offering circular dated 24 November 2022 (the "Offering Circular"), relating
to United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC's multi-issuer
GBP 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Each of
United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC is an issuer under
the Programme. Notes issued by United Utilities Water Finance PLC will be
guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
