Offering circular dated 19 November 2014 (the "Offering Circular"), relating to United Utilities' multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Each of United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC is an issuer under the Programme. Notes issued by United Utilities Water Finance PLC will be guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
