The Dow and the Nasdaq were set to open lower on Wednesday after a mixed bag of
earnings from big technology firms and downbeat Boeing results, while investors
hoped that the Federal Reserve would stick to its promise of keeping monetary
policy loose. .N 
    At 8:27 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.23% at 33,806. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.01% at 4,179.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.15%
at 13,931.5.
