Germany's Brenntag held takeover talks with Univar Solutions

Nov 25 (Reuters) - German chemicals distributor Brenntag
 BNRGn.DE  has held preliminary discussions with Univar
Solutions Inc  UNVR.N  regarding a potential acquisition,
Brenntag said on Friday. 
    The discussions are ongoing and Brenntag said it not
foreseeable whether there will be any kind of transaction.
