Univar jumps on reports of buyout offer from Apollo

** Shares of Univar Solutions Inc  UNVR.N  up ~13% at $35.19
premarket 
    ** WSJ reports Apollo Global Management Inc  APO.N  to buy
UNVR in $8.1 bln deal
    ** The deal is expected to value UNVR at $36.15 a share and
would be unveiled on Tuesday - WSJ 
    ** Univar closed at $31.17 on Monday 
    ** APO shares also up ~1% at $59.02 before the bell 
    ** Up to Monday's close, UNVR stock had fallen nearly 2%
YTD, compared with a roughly 8% decline in APO
