** Shares of Univastu India Ltd UIVA.NS rise as much as 2.9% to 258.9 rupees

** Construction co gets contract from Public Works Department (East), Pune for project regarding construction of fourth floor of complex

** Adds, total contract size of 86.5 mln rupees ($982,437.65)

** Stock on track to gain for 2nd straight quarter; up ~1% so far in Sept-qtr

** UIVA last up 1%, cutting YTD losses to 12.1%
