 * Says execution of the framework agreement is still in progress 
 * Says company is uncertain as to whether or when the framework agreement will 
be fully executed 
 * Application will be made for resumption of trading in its shares with effect 
from 9:00 a.m. on 28 January 2016 
 * In view of the aforesaid uncertainty and that further negotiation on the 
terms of the framework agreement may be required
