March 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

** Hospital operator Universal Health Services  said it would acquire virtual healthcare provider Talkspace  in a deal valued at $835 million, amid rising demand for behavioral health services.

**  Oil producer Chevron  is in advanced talks with Brazilian conglomerate Ultrapar  to purchase a 30% stake in fuel distributor Ipiranga, Brazil Journal reported , citing two sources familiar with the matter.

** EQT  said it had agreed to buy a 42% stake in Yorkshire Water's parent firm Kelda Holdings, one of the sector's largest recent investments at a time when Britain’s privatised water companies are grappling with high debts and rising public anger over sewage spills and service failures.

** Italy's biggest insurer Generali  has agreed to sell its Irish and Northern Irish property and casualty (P&C) operations to Zurich's  local branches for 337 million euros ($388.7 million) in cash, it said .

** U.S. fund Apollo's  sports investment arm Apollo Sports Capital will complete the acquisition of 55% of Spanish football club Atletico Madrid on March 12, Spanish newspaper Expansion said, citing sources.

** Life sciences firm Agilent Technologies  said that it will acquire privately held clinical pathology firm Biocare Medical in an all-cash deal valued at $950 million.
