 * Says company and the placing agent entered into the placing agreement 
 * Says application for resumption of trading of the shares of the company on the stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 February 
 * Says net proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$28.5 million 
 * Says aggregate nominal value of maximum number of placing shares under the placing will be HK$3 million
