Wall Street's main indexes edged lower on Wednesday as renewed fears about the
pace of a post-pandemic recovery dented demand for economically sensitive
sectors, while investors awaited the release of the Fed minutes for clues on the
path of monetary policy support going forward.  .N 
    At 9:51 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.29% at
35,240.36. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.12% at 4,442.53 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.02% at 14,653.453.
