** Shares of UPL UPLL.NS rise 3.9% to 671.05 rupees

** Pesticides and agrochemicals maker's Q4 consol net profit rises 18.4% Y/Y to 10.61 bln rupees ($111.5 mln); revenue jumps 17.7%

** Revenue from crop protection segment, which comprises more than 80% of overall revenue, rises 17.5%

** UPLL sees Q1FY27 revenue growth at 10–14% and EBITDA growth at 14–18%

** Trading vols over 2x the 30-day average at 5.4 mln shares so far

** YTD, UPLL down ~16%
