Sub: Intimation regarding 39(th) Annual General Meeting and Book Closure for
dividend payment

 

We would like to inform you that the 39th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of
UPL Limited has been scheduled on Friday, 18(th) August 2023 through Video
Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.

 

The books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 4th August 2023 to
Friday, 18th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of
dividend.
