Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting

 

We would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 2(nd) February 2024 inter-alia to
consider, approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated
financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31(st)
December 2023 along with limited review reports to be issued by the Statutory
Auditor of the Company.
