Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting

 

We would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 06, 2025 inter-alia to
consider and approve, and take on record the unaudited consolidated and
standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year
ended September 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports to be issued
by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
