Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 8(th)
May 2023, has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated
financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended
31(st) March 2023.

The Board has recommended a dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share on
equity shares of Rs.2/-each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing
Annual General Meeting.
