the Second and Final Call Notice together with the detailed instructions, ASBA
Application Form and Payment Slip, are being sent to the holders of the partly
paid-up equity shares whose names appear in the Register of Members as on
Friday, August 01, 2025, the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
