Exercise of Options
Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) is pleased to announce that it has received Notices from Directors, an Officer and former CFO to exercise an aggregate of 91,000,000 share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company at exercise prices of 0.4p and .6p. Proceeds from the exercise of the share options is £514,000.
Total voting rights
Following the Option Exercise, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 1,511,958,048. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Applications will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for all the 91,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities in due course. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025.
