    ** On Friday, after market close, co raised $4 mln by
institutional placing of its shares at a discount
    ** Placing at a price of 3.3 pence per new share vs Friday's
closing price of 4.4p
    ** Shares on track to log worst day since Oct 30
    ** Shares down 15% YTD, including session moves
