14p per UPL share approach regarding a possible offer
** Says approach for offer from SEC Capital "significantly
undervalues" potential of co
** Stock top pct gainer across all London shares; on track
to log best day of gains, if trend holds
** Up to last close, stock had risen ~352% so far this year
