Uponor slides as new FY guidance disappoints

** Shares in Uponor UPONOR.HE slide 7% after the Finnish
plumbing and heating systems provider issued a new guidance for
2022
** The company now expects its net sales to stay at 2021
level, and sees its comparable EBIT at the level of the first
nine months of 2022, representing a decrease from 2021
** Uponor withdrew its 2022 guidance on Nov 21, after the
company was hit by a cyberattack on Nov. 5
** The company previously expected its 2022 net sales and
comparable EBIT to increase from 2021 levels
** Uponor said the financial impact of the attack was
limited to November, but flagged the ability to compensate for
lost sales, margin coverage in the remaining part of the year
was limited
** The stock is on track for its worst day in 13 months
