** Shares of miner Uranium Energy Corp UEC.A rise 1.32% to $12.25 premarket

** Co says it has secured state regulatory approval and begun operating three additional header houses at wellfield 11 at Christensen Ranch

** Says one additional header house awaits regulatory approval, three more are under construction, boosting Wyoming capacity, while its Burke Hollow mine in South Texas is ready to start pending final state approval

** Earlier this month, UEC's wholly owned unit received an U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) docket number for its planned uranium conversion facility.

** Up to last close, UEC up 3.5% YTD
