** Shares of apparel retailer Urban Outfitters URBN.O up 17.1% at $80.01 after the bell

** Co reports 12.3% rise in Q3 net sales to $1.53 billion vs estimates of $1.47 billion- - data compiled by LSEG

** Sales beat helped by strong demand at Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People brands

** Q3 EPS of $1.28 also beat expectations of $1.20

** Stock has risen ~25% YTD
