** Shares of blank-check company Software Acquisition Group
Inc II SAII.O jump 17.8% to $12.49 in extended trade
** Israeli startup Otonomo Technologies, a car data exchange
platform and marketplace, is in talks to go public through a
merger with SAII, reports Bloomberg News, citing a source (https://bloom.bg/2NPzj3N)
** The deal is not finalized; size of the deal could be
announced next week - report
** Both companies could not be immediately reached for
comment
** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen ~10% since the
company got listed in October last year
