India's Urja Global jumps after e-scooter pre-launch

** Shares of India's Urja Global  URJA.NS  jump 9.7% to 22.1
rupees  
    ** Co announced pre-launch of electric scooter, but did not
furnish price points or estimated revenue potential from the
product 
    ** Co's product will compete with the likes of newly-listed
Ola Electric  OLAE.NS , which makes e-scooters and recently
launched a line of e-motorcycles
    ** OLAE gains 10% on the day
    ** URJA's trading vols 2x 30-day avg 
    ** YTD URJA has climbed 50%
